Currently 9w 4d. Last pregnancy I found my daughters heartbeat at 8w 6d but have not had the same luck with this guy lol has anybody found heartbeats on their own yet?

Yes I found it at like 5 weeks

Hmmm I have a week to go before my next ultrasound at 9weeks. I haven’t even considered getting a home fetal Doppler. I wonder if I should get one or if that would bring me more anxiety if I can’t quite find it

thanks for the info! And yes, I think I’ll hold off. It will definitely give me more anxiety than I need. I use ultrasounds all the time at work (I’m an ICU nurse practitioner) but it’s totally different using it on a patient than on yourself. I don’t doubt myself using it on patients - I will for sure doubt myself using it on myself.

I couldn’t find mine until 11 weeks last pregnancy

I found mine at exactly 8w6d and have been able to find it daily since (currently 9w2d)
